I’ve really enjoyed my experience at Fitness Grand. The classes and facilities are fantastic. Great way to start the mornings! And the Zumba classes are so much fun. The staff are professional, friendly and always helpful. I feel so much fitter and energetic :)

Ben and the team are fantastic and the Gym is great. Everything you need and private (upstairs). I love coming to this gym and would strongly recommend it to anyone.

I've only been coming to Fitness Grand for about a month and it's wonderful. A great gym that has everything I need, friendly and welcoming staff and really relaxed environment. It's not huge but it does offer a lot of variety. Perfect for my needs.

I have been to many Gyms in many different places. Fitness Grand is my favourite. Fabulous staff, PT's with good knowledge and expertise. Clean gym, great variety of equipment and all very well maintained. The new group sessions downstairs in the techno gym motivating and again clean and well equiped.

I am from Jamaica and so wanted to be in a space to work out. After some confusion about the guidelines I had a wonderful on boarding meeting. The space is wonderful. Great equipment. Well maintained. Clean.

I was in Canberra for 1 month for work and joined Fitness Grand for this time. I was really impressed with the gym. The equipment is very new and it’s kept extremely clean and tidy. The owner was very easy to communicate with and all the locals in the gym were super friendly too. I will be back in the future.

Highly recommend! Stopped by Canberra for a quick work trip and was able to purchase a one day pass and the owner was so accomodating as I needed to use the gym in the evening. The gym is spotless with new equipment. Will be back during my next visit to Canberra thank you!

The ambience is great and layout of the gym is spacious and clean, with friendly gymgoers too. Once again, I really appreciate Ben for your hospitality and patience in answering my inquiries!

Great place to train, super relaxed and friendly environment. Can probably count on one hand how many times I had to wait for a machine. Unless you’re doing something super specialised, this gym will have everything you need to get after it. Thanks Ben!

A relaxed, friendly, clean and well-equipped gym. FG aims to create community and a space you actually want to go back to for a workout! Ben has also assembled a crack team of staff to cover off whatever you may want help with achieving.
